Tip #4: Prepare Your Data

Every AirAsia.com account comes with a list of "My family & friends". For every person you intend to book for, make sure his/her name is included in your list. Have all the required details ready:

• Title
• Gender
• First Name
• Last Name
• Nationality
• Date of Birth
• Passport Number
• Passport Issuing Country
• Passport Expiry Date

Even though you have all of them included in the list, you need to have a physical copy of this as well. This is because during the booking process, if you are unable to retrieve that list for whatever reason, you still can type it in manually if you had to.
